“With out stirring abroad, one can know the whole world; Without looking out of the window, one can see the way of heaven. The further you one goes, the less one knows.”
–Lao-Tzu
I have a challenge for you busy bodies, since we are coming up on that busy holiday time of year.
I challenge you to stay at home.
If you tend to be booked out with social engagements, classes, the gym, work and meetings most nights of the week, cancel one or two this week and try to spend some consecutive nights at home. Seeking out constant thrills or novelty isn’t, in the end, very fulfilling and may even prevent you from developing your most satisfying and wise relationship, which is with yourself. Sample boredom to access parts of yourself and motives you may be avoiding. When we are alone, we can tap into our deepest feelings and wants, with out the distractions of the outside world.
I challenge you, to find yourself!
I accept!

That is some beautiful challenge. Though I have mostly lived like that since 2012. Even before that. That is easier for me than the reverse lol 😀
Have a great week ahead.
Love and light ❤
Anand 🙂

I find the older I get, the less I need to be in the middle of things….it’s sensory overload for me anymore!!

Hmm, I want to say challenge accepted but I am always doing exploring at home. I need to pause when I am in the streets and explore there, haha.
